Refund Policy - the basics

At True Soap Company, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, opened, used, or partially used items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images of the product and packaging

  • Email us at support@truesoapcompany.in (replace if needed)

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on availability and approval.

3. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible

4. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for refund, unless damaged or incorrect.

6. Allergic Reactions

We recommend performing a patch test before use. Refunds will not be provided for allergic reactions or personal sensitivity to ingredients.
